DEKAFFA

Our Decaf coffee is produced naturally in Colombia, with the help of spring water and ethyl acetate made from sugar canes. The raw beans are steamed and then rinsed for multiple times with ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving flavour. It is a gentle process and ensures the coffee retains it's gentler aromas.

The farmers in the San Lorenzo area believe in the Pacha Mama, sacred nature, and hence work in incredibly sustainable and eath respecting manners. Their focus is to protect the natural diversity. 

Don't shy away from decaf, this coffee actually tastes like coffee. Full bodied, sweet and toasty. For those who love coffee so much they need to have it at night.
