What is Kaffa Roastery?

Kaffa Roastery is a coffee roastery based in Helsinki, whose coffees can be found on store shelves, in office coffee stations, and in numerous restaurants and cafés across Finland. Our own café was chosen as Finland’s best by a panel of professionals in 2023 and several times before! Kaffa has been roasting fresh and flavorful coffee for Finns since 2007. Our mission is to transform Finland’s coffee culture.

Honesty, bravery, smoothness, caring, and fun are the core values that drive our operations. Kaffa’s roastery, production, café, and office currently employ 21 passionate coffee professionals. Alongside Finnish, English is also one of our main internal communication languages.
