Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee and one of the only places in the world where it grows truly wild. The coffee is grown near the village of Gerba, in the legendary Guji region of Southern, Ethiopia. A classic of classic naturals it brings all the peachy and wonderfully exotic tea-like flavors you have come to expect from these highest quality Ethiopian coffees. The long, slow drying process gives the coffee a soft and delicate quality. The local varieties have been growing in these woods for centuries and the well preserved local environment is rich with all that these trees need to grow incredible coffee. These I enjoy so much because they truly are the spark that started the specialty coffee world as we know it today and for good reason.
